Yard of the Month

Steel Magnolia's "Yard of the Month" program provides cash rewards for residents who put the extra effort into making their yard stand out from the rest.

Planting Beds

Provided with each home are front yard planting beds. These beds are bordered by landscaping timbers and are perfect places for flowers, shrubs, or other yard enhancing plants. Many enjoy the natural beauty that these areas can supply. "Yard of the Month" winners have frequently used these areas to set themselves apart.

Lawn Care

Our lawns are well taken care of. During the summer the grass is mowed weekly. During other seasons we make sure our lawns always look their best.

On-Site Service

Our on-site office, shop and maintenance equipment insures our residents always receive fast, courteous service should the need arise.

Mini Storage

Mini-storage units are available. Our units are insulated, secure, and we offer two sizes to choose from.

Basketball Court

A paved basketball court is provided for recreation for the whole community.

Car Wash

Beside the Basketball Court, a covered community car wash is available free to all residents.
