Senior adults are important to us, that's why each home has a covered front porch with strong safety rails allowing nice settings for flowers and a rocking chair. Our custom-made, heavy duty steps offer safety and peace of mind as well. All of our homes are under pinned and well insulated to conserve heating and cooling costs. The homes are well maintained and kept clean. On the inside, we have installed nice, house-type bathtubs to replace the "cheap" plastic tubs typically associated with mobile homes.
